Contract signing day!! Finally!

5 minute walk to this..... Feeling very lucky!

Nearly final..... One last adjustment to kitchen wall.

Purchased block 19/7/13. Emerald Beach.

Final contracts will hopefully be signed next week. Then off to Council. Was hoping for a slab by Christmas but can't see that happening at this stage.. Oh well, patience is a virtue!
